Mission Work & Fund Raising for Haiti, Rwanda, Domincan Republic & Mexico
Peter made it a personal mission to help the poor of the Third World. With his own money, Peter has travelled abroad to help with missionaries in Haiti, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Africa. After returning from each trip his committee of volunteers were quick to raise money. To date, they have sent many hundreds of thousands of dollars to Third World Missions.
Peter chronicled his trips to the missions, and on two occasions, in Rwanda and the Dominican Republic, produced professional videos of the missions.
Dominican Republic Peter chronicles the work of the amazing Canadian missionary Father Lou Quinn, who's love and outstanding works changed the face of poverty in the province of San Jose de Ocoa, Dominican Republic.
Mexico Peter works with the Sisters of Holy Trinity, with special interest in the amazing Sister Vera, who was a world-class tennis player from Canada who gave up everything to help the poor of Mexico.
Grain of Sand Peter's touching poem about nameless suffering individuals around the world.
